  Target Milestone: 1.0

SUMMARY
After doing a fresh install of Aurora, I logged in with SDDM and get to the
Plasma GUI. Unfortately after a few seconds my monitor will turn off suddenly,
and then will try to cycle through the Samsung and Odyssey logo, failing to
find the DisplayPort signal. This is with Wayland, which is the default for
Fedora KDE now, so I can't use x11 to fix the issue anyways. I have a Intel Arc
A770 hooked with a DisplayPort to a Samsung Odyssey G5 monitor. I can't get
back to Aurora and have to long press the power button to turn off.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Fresh install Aurora:stable and try to log in.
2. You will be in the Plasma GUI before monitor shuts off
3. Monitor will cycle through the logos and try to find the singal, but can't.

OBSERVED RESULT
It seems that something is wrong with my monitor, Wayland, and Plasma not
working together, as I can't seem to find anyone else with this exact problem.

EXPECTED RESULT
Plasma should not be turning the monitor off after logging in with SDDM.

SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS
Windows:
macOS:
(available in the Info Center app, or by running `kinfo` in a terminal window)
Linux/KDE Plasma: Aurora 40 (ublue Fedora)
KDE Plasma Version: 6.2.2
KDE Frameworks Version: 6.7.0
Qt Version: 6.7.2

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Same issue also happens on EndeavourOS, but switching to x11 the issue doesn't
happen, and on Solus, the monitor will turn off and turn back on once before I
get to the Plasma GUI and can use it normally with Wayland, although I don't
know if Solus KDE is the same versions as Fedora.
