SUMMARY
I am using MSI's MPG 321URX QD-OLED monitor
(https://us.msi.com/Monitor/MPG-321URX-QD-OLED), which is an OLED display that
supports HDR. However, my Plasma 6.2.2 system (with an NVIDIA 4090 GPU) is
unable to correctly detect the HDR functionality of the monitor.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Use the monitor connected to the 4090 via DisplayPort
2. Use the Nvidia open kernel driver with Plasma 6.2.2

OBSERVED RESULT
In the Display & Monitor section of Settings, there is no option to enable HDR.

EXPECTED RESULT
In the Display & Monitor section of Settings, there should be option to enable
HDR.
