Don't show "Core" KDE apps at the top level of the menu structure Git history suggests this was implemented during or before the KDELibs era. However it's clear that we moved away from it over time, since today only KHelpCenter makes use of the feature. This has proved awkward and generated bug reports. Let's stop doing it.
