Latest digiKam master.

I have noticed some floating point values are not locale-aware, i. e. they only
use dot as the decimal separator. It might be a good idea to check all the
user-facing floating point values to be locale aware using QLocale.

For instance, see screenshot attached. My language uses comma as the separator,
but there it’s displayed using a dot.
