The first text box in the image is "Emplacement du journal" and it specifies the folder where KMyMoney puts any Logging information. Given that neither of the check boxes is checked, then we do still need to figure out why the file is being created anyway, but you should at least be able to move it off your desktop by specifying another folder. Try putting a folder in that box and restarting KMyMoney, just to confirm that it will change where it leaves the Debug file.
