            Bug ID: 495087
           Summary: Mouse-cursor sticky-effect between monitor-borders is
worse (more sticky) when mouse is in taskbar
    Classification: Plasma
           Product: plasmashell
           Version: 6.2.1
          Platform: Fedora RPMs
                OS: Linux
            Status: REPORTED
          Severity: normal
          Priority: NOR
         Component: general
          Assignee: plasma-b...@kde.org
          Reporter: slartibar...@gmail.com

red area is the sticky-zone

I have 2 screens, laptop-internal (2880x1800@125%) and 4K DP (3840x2160@100%)

There is this sticky-effect when crossing screen-borders for the mouse which is
appreciated, but when the mouse-cursor is on the taskbar and the popup of a
widget is opened, then it becomes 'more sticky' than above it (see marked area
in screenshot)

This means, you have to either move the mouse upwards above the taskbar to
cross-borders, or move the mouse waaay longer to (here) the right until the
cursor is 'freed' from the border.

Low prio, but would be nice if the stickiness would remain the same independent
of the cursor-position
