After debugging the screenlocker, I've found that it uses
/usr/share/plasma/look-and-feel/org.kde.breeze.desktop/contents/lockscreen/LockScreenUi.qml.
I'm therefore afraid that this does, indeed, apply to Breze's screen locker.
