kgpg does not work in wayland. Likewise kleopatra does not work in wayland:

Same problems and same terminal output.
I also have this problem with the kgpg application. fedora 40 workstation, on
my pc OS the application does not work whether I install it as rpm. The problem
was again caused by wayland. More precisely the wayland incompatibility of kde
applications.
I will start a new thread about k-gpg, but I will not give feedback in that
thread. I know that wayland is the source of the problem, because I get the
same errors when I run kgpg from the terminal.
