SUMMARY
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. open a folder
2. try to drag a file and drop it into another folder or onto the desktop
OBSERVED RESULT
Drag doesn't work. It behaves just like you're clicking on the file
EXPECTED RESULT
should allow to drag and drop and the result should be that it asks whether to
copy or move and then it does.
Obviously this is a hugely critical issue, as being unable to drag and drop
file makes a file manager basically useless.
