Hi !
Found a workaround on the ArchLinux wiki. Apparently that's a wayland/Libo
issue. ("KDE Plasma/GNOME + Wayland with or without fractional scaling results
in terrible lag when scrolling")

A workaround is to switch to X.org or start Libreoffice with :
QT_QPA_PLATFORM=xcb libreoffice
