Bug ID: 494717 Summary: Panel Configuration: chaos and overlaps Classification: Plasma Product: plasmashell Version: 6.2.0 Platform: openSUSE OS: Linux Status: REPORTED Severity: normal Priority: NOR Component: Panel Assignee: plasma-b...@kde.org Reporter: linuxquestions6969+...@gmail.com CC: niccolo.venera...@gmail.com Target Milestone: 1.0 Created attachment 174791 --> https://bugs.kde.org/attachment.cgi?id=174791&action=edit panel after moving widgets around SUMMARY Panel widgets like applications, system tray, hide desktop, clock, etc. got jumbled up after trying to move some things around in the panel configuration. They are all on the left side now and also overlap. When I click on overlapping widgets, both widgets respond to the click. STEPS TO REPRODUCE 1. right click on the panel with applications, system tray, etc. 2. click on Show Panel Configuration 3. try moving things on the panel around OBSERVED RESULT Everything gets mixed up and doesn't stay where it was placed, also they overlap now. It seems like chaos always organizes itself on the left side. There was no option to cancel or undo. EXPECTED RESULT No chaos, things should not overlap and stay where they were placed. SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS Graphics Platform: X11 Linux/KDE Plasma: openSUSE Tumbleweed KDE Plasma Version: 6.2.0 KDE Frameworks Version: 6.6.0 Qt Version: 6.7.3 ADDITIONAL INFORMATION For the screenshot, I usually have applications on the far left, and systemtray, clock, hide desktop on the far right of the screen. Now it's just a mess on the left and I can't change it. -- You are receiving this mail because: You are watching all bug changes.
