When there are thousands of shortcuts added to the application dashboard the
whole system becomes unusable for a few minutes whilst (i presume) it loads
them up. After that plasma has a very large memory footprint
There are other menus that have specifically added a faster start up and didnt
have this problem but they havent been ported to plasma6
