Can also confirm. Was just about to file this bug, I recently updated Fedora 40
with plasma 6.2 and this happens every time. Thanks to RedBearAK I now know
that I can disable the Meta shortcut while waiting for a fix. DayZ is
unplayable with this weird shortcut.
