Thanks for the screen recording, but unfortunately it's somewhat difficult to
see what's going on in there because 99% of the screen content is black! Can
you try this in a new clean user account with no Plasma customizations and see
if it happens there? If it does, would you mind taking another screen recording
of it? If it doesn't happen, then it would be helpful if you could narrow down
which exact customization in your normal user account causes it. Thanks!
