SUMMARY
Currently the help pages are glaring white and not respecting the system theme
settings.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. open up any help page
OBSERVED RESULT
normal themed GUI in dark around glaring white content (see screenshot)
EXPECTED RESULT
go all dark
