STEPS TO REPRODUCE Open Dolphin, navigate to any directory, and right-click on the file view to open the menu. Then point to "Create new". OBSERVED RESULT The menu shows the files and directories in my home directory where I didn't expect them, and the menu doesn't show a "Folder" option. However, the menu also shows "Text file...", "Empty file...", "Link to...", etc., as I would expect.
