I have made my own categories structure and this time everything is fine. All my reports show the right total amount of my spending including split second currency scheduled transaction. I shall try again later when the next occurrence of split payment comes. I have been using Skrooge from March 2016 and was experimenting a lot so perhaps I could make this file corrupted. I shall keep trying and will let you know what is the outcome. Thank you for your concern and meticulous approach.
