Issue with the application launcher window.
SUMMARY
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Move task bar to left
2. center content
3. fit to content
OBSERVED RESULT
Opening application launcher cuts off the user setting and search functions
when on the desktop. However when over an open program it is positioned
correctly. Only when there are no windows open does this issue present itself.
EXPECTED RESULT
That the application launcher would be within the screens perimeter and not
above it.
