sequence to explain
current version : 23.08.5 - ubuntu
setting :
* Kubuntu current version (24.04) (german)
* KDE Plasma 5.27.11
* kernel : 6.8.0-45 64bit
2x 4k monitors both scaled at 125%
problem :
options "retancle area" will not work well because of shiftig screen content
of second screen
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. activate display scaling (at least 125% for both screens)
2. open app
3. choose rectancle
4. select anything on the primary screen (in my case the right one)
OBSERVED RESULT
EXPECTED RESULT
no changes of windows
