SUMMARY
Using a Wacom Tablet (in my case I'm using the One by Wacom), if I were to
hover over an item on my Task manager and then move the cursor back to a window
or the main workspace, the Task Manager's window preview will still remain as
if the tablet's cursor was still hovering over it.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Connect a drawing tablet
2. Hover over an item in the Task Manager using the tablet's input
3. Hover away from the panel

OBSERVED RESULT
The window preview from the Task Manager remains as if I hadn't moved the
drawing tablet's cursor

EXPECTED RESULT
The window preview from the Task Manager disappears like how it behaves with a
mouse
