SUMMARY
After resuming from standby, the wallpaper is no longer correctly scaled. It
does annoyingly not happen every single time, but ca. 50% of the time after
resuming from standby. It's easy to fix by just reselecting the image in
desktop settings.


STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Send system to standby
2. Wakeup and log in
3. Observe Wallpaper

OBSERVED RESULT
Wallpaper no longer fills the screen but is incorrectly scaled

EXPECTED RESULT
Correctly scaled wallpaper as it was before entering standby
