Currently, the "Tools -> Mode" and "Tools -> Highlighting" have an order by
types (3D, Assembler etc.), and the types have submenus from which you can
choose your desired options.
However, I think it would be much better if we just ordered by the initials of
the type we want.

Also, what is the difference between Mode and Highlighting? Can't they just be
in a single option ("Mode and Highlighting")?
