SUMMARY
Windows version: Not possible to switch dockers in the Docker Box/Popup Palette
with touch taps
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Bring up the docker via the Docker Box in the toolbar or via the Pop-up
Palette
2. Using a touchscreen, tap on a different docker
OBSERVED RESULT
You'll notice you can't change to a different docker with touch tap because the
UI doesn't seem to respond to your tap. You'll have to use a mouse click
instead.
EXPECTED RESULT
To change to a different docker with a touch tap.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
This issue only affects the Windows version. On an Android nightly, you can
definitely change dockers with either a mouse and touch tap.
