This is a bug in BlueZ, not in Bluedevil. Bluedevil tries to reconnect on
resume to the devices connected before suspend, but if you need to restart the
bluetooth service (BlueZ) instead of just reconnect to the mouse, this is
clearly an issue with BlueZ.
