Very experienced development team,
I would like to have a function for the Digikam application that allows me to
view only the images in my collection across all operating systems.
A web service in a browser, so to speak, or a stand-alone app for IOS and/or
Android.
The application can also have a filter option to select tags (for example,
faces, locations, time or multiple filter options).
When I open the Digikam application on my iPad or iPhone (I have Digikam
running on a Synology NAS in Docker), I don't need all the administrative
things, I just want to be able to view images and search for specific criteria
if necessary.
The application would also be very helpful for my parents, for example, who
just want to look and search for specific images if necessary.
Do you think such a (view only) option would be possible in the near future or
does such an option already exist...?!
I have not been able to find a corresponding function or description in the
documentation.
