I left the 'Find new items' process running for several hours yesterday and
half an hour, or so, this morning. No new items had been added to the
database.
Once I reverted to MariaDB 11.1 and a new database the system started
running as expected. I tried to produce a debug, but my stupid antivirus
blocked Sysinternals from installing.
