SUMMARY
Dragging icons in the Icon Only Task Manager widget causes unexpected behavior
in KDE Plasma Activities.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
Open KDE Plasma desktop environment.
Add the "Icon Only Task Manager" widget to the panel if it is not already
present.
Create multiple activities and switch between them.
Attempt to drag and rearrange icons within the "Icon Only Task Manager" widget.
OBSERVED RESULT
Icons move incorrectly or not as intended.
The task manager might display incorrect or misplaced icons after dragging.
The system logs contain errors related to drag operations and encoding
variants.
EXPECTED RESULT
Icons should be draggable and rearrangeable within the "Icon Only Task Manager"
widget without display issues or errors in the system logs.
The task manager should correctly reflect the order of tasks based on
drag-and-drop operations.
