Kdenlive's hardware acceleration in the Wizard dialog works by checking if
FFmpeg (which is used in the transcoding and rendering tasks) is compiled with
support for hardware encoding. So if your Nvidia card is not detected, it means
hardware encoders/decoders are not available. If you are using your
distribution packages, check how you can install these encoders (like
h264_nvenc)
