Can confirm that it appears with Kamoso but not with other apps. I'm pretty
sure this used to work. I recall it appearing in the System Tray for more than
just Kamoso in the past.

JFYI the fact that it shows two cameras is probably because the IR camera for
facial recognition technically shows up as a different device. I get this on my
machine too. You can actually select the IR camera in video apps! It produces a
pretty trippy picture. :D
