Video of the icon behavior

SUMMARY

I have a One by Wacom (M) tablet, ID 056a:037b. I encountered a problem that
makes this tablet unusable for me.

When making a click (click and release) on an icon of the panel, this icon
remain sticked to the cursor and is dragged around the panel icons. It does not
happen for every icon I click on, but very very often. I am using the
icons-only task manager in the panel. I attached a short video (no audio) where
I try to explain this issue.

No problem using the tablet inside the applications (excluding Dolphin, for
which I will make a separate report).

These are the Wacom packages installed on my system (Arch Linux daily updated):
extra/libwacom 2.12.2-1
extra/wacomtablet 6.1.4-1 (plasma)
extra/xf86-input-wacom 1.2.2-1

This is the result of the command modinfo:
$ modinfo wacom | grep version
version: v2.00
srcversion: 4B1D5D49AF6632F92E5A456

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Click on an icon of the panel.
2. Then click on another icon of the panel.
3. The first clicked icon appear under the cursor, as I would want to move it
to another position inside the panel (i.e., like if I made a click and drag
action).

OBSERVED RESULT

The previously clicked icon appear under the cursor when clicking on a second
icon and the first icon is moved around the other icons on the panel. In this
situation, if you make a click, the icon will be moved to the position of the
cursor in that moment. In other words, the click on the first icon is
understood by the system like the click was a click-and-drag action.

EXPECTED RESULT

When you click an icon, this should be released immediately, instead of being
dragged around the other panel icons.

SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS

Operating System: Arch Linux
KDE Plasma Version: 6.1.4
KDE Frameworks Version: 6.5.0
Qt Version: 6.7.2
Kernel Version: 6.10.6-arch1-1 (64-bit)
Graphics Platform: X11
Processors: 4 × Intel® Core™ i3-3220 CPU @ 3.30GHz

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

1. Talking to other people that use KDE and a Wacom tablet like mine, they told
that thay had this issue in the past, but not today.
2. Regarding the calibration of the tablet, I can say that it is perfectly
calibrated. For example, using Xournal++ or Krita, I see that the cursor points
perfectly where I want to.
3. I tried a live ISO of Linux Mint and this issue is not present in its panel.
