i think it could be neat to bring all the places where one usually clicks a lot
inside the program closer together, meaning the play episode buttons could
probably best be located on the left side which is closer to the side bar.
otherwise fullscreen users have to move the mouse quite a bit and then hit
somewhat small buttons too. bookmark and download buttons could make sense in
every entry line too rather than in the top bar or behind rightclick, it's just
a tiny bit more convenient probably.
