If you think that calling the "resize callback" does solve your issue, can you
please test your fix with the Kdenlive source code base on your system? The
tricky thing may actually the "when" for emitting the proper signal and as you
seem to have a better grasp of the Qt toolkit I would like to help us by
sending in a patch that you've checked on your system and video setup to fix
