SUMMARY

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Pin/unpin an icon
2. Reboot
3. See if it was saved

OBSERVED RESULT
Every change of position and pinned/unpinned actions get reset and there is the
default set of icons.

EXPECTED RESULT
After rebooting icons should organized the way they were organized before the
reboot.

SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS
Linux/KDE Plasma: Manjaro Linux x86_64 shipped with plasma
KDE Plasma Version: 6.0.5

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
I haven't changed a single thing in the settings, just installed the newest
version of Manjaro with plasma and wanted to edit what icons are displayed in
the icon-only task manager. After rebooting they just went back to default. As
long as the system runs, they stay the way I organized them, but go to the
starting set (dolphin, konsole, firefox, software manager) after every reboot.
It's tedious to have to rearrange them again every single time I start my
computer.
