I'm posting here because this bug seems more recent and is similar to mine.
in my case, there are overflows in the dialog boxes, kcm, system window. In
short, it's really annoying.
This appeared for plasma V.6.1.4, I thought that version v.6.1.5 would change
something, but nothing.
I took several screenshots to illustrate the point.
this problem affects in the same way my setup composed of two screens with the
same resolution (laptop screen and external screen).
