I think I have the same, for a month or something, I'm on KDE Neon as well.
For me I don't have the back traces available (they cannot be installed
automatically and I don't know what to do, this page:

suggests that I should have them already), but I was looking at the live
journal and it seems I have some pipewire related lines almost always before a
crash:

on the other hand - they are usually 3 minutes apart and the crashes usually
occur when I interact with the taskbar (switching windows).
Crashes are frequent if I frequently use the taskbar (up to once per 3 minutes
even). I don't have Docker Desktop, I have the Docker deamon running, but it's
not running any containers and the crashes are still here. I don't think Docker
is related.
If you can guide me about the backtraces I can provide them as well.
