The component name is only partially shown.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Go to system settings - shortcuts
2. Look at the entry corresponding to Power Management...

OBSERVED RESULT
Component name partially shown, and no hint displaying full name on hover.

Provide some way to see the full name
