Couple questions:
- Does pressing F12 to toggle the previews on and off solve issue?
- Can you see any other previews, like images?
- Going to "configure dolphin" menu (default shortcut should be Ctrl+Shift+,)
and in "Interface" section selecting "Previews" tab, is video files enabled?
