SUMMARY
Open some applications and have them pinned on the task bar, if you drag an
application entry to reorder it, then the selected application gets lost on the
drag operation when the task bar renders the window thumbnails.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. have some applications opened and pinned on the task bar
2. drag an icon to move it to another position
3. hover over a running application so the task bar renders the window
thumbnail
OBSERVED RESULT
The selected application entry gets confused and the behavior is unpredictable
EXPECTED RESULT
Dragging application entries on the task bar is reliable.
