When running stellarium (flatpak) in fullscreen framerate remains at 30
(monitor is 60fps), switching to window mode it runs at 60 as expected. Running
in xwayland fixes the issue.
This only happens in plasma, It works as expected in gnome and wlroots based
compositors
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Run stellarium flatpak
2. drag the mouse (stellarium reduces framerate when idle)
3. see framerate at the bottom of the screen
4. switch to window mode (F11)
5. framerate is correct
SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS
(available in the Info Center app, or by running `kinfo` in a terminal window)
