SUMMARY
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open systemsettings
2. go to splash screens and try to delete, add or select one
3.
OBSERVED RESULT
It is not possible to remove an old splash screen or add a new one, even
selecting one doesn't work, it will choose the standard Breeze splash screen.
EXPECTED RESULT
I can add a splash screen from the repository or change the actual splash
screen to another one or delete an old splash screen.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
This bug exist since the first beta i tried but i haven't posted it yet because
i forgot about it.
