I have the same issue on my 7600x + 7900xtx system, so I can confirm that it is
neither an Intel nor a NVIDIA issue.
Also, when I have my panel transparency set to adaptive, once the bug has
triggered (i.e. the artifact has started showing up), the artifact can be
shown/hidden easily by maximizing and non-maximizing an application (i.e.
switching the panel between opacity and transparency).
