SUMMARY
KWin Windows Rules occasionally ignores and removes my first rule. I've
explored duplicating the rule several times, and it still happens, but only
occasionally. I have not observed it deleting any rules except the first one in
the list.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Create my rule (attachment KWin rule settings.png).
2. Click Apply.
3. Reboot.
OBSERVED RESULT
KWin Windows Rules occasionally ignores (i.e. it does perform the actions I've
set) and removes my first rule. I've explored duplicating the rule several
times, and it still happens, but only occasionally. I have not observed it
deleting any rules except the first one in the list.
EXPECTED RESULT
My rule actions should be performed, and the rule should stay in the list.
