I can reproduce this issue. It's quite consistent. Simplified steps to
reproduce:
1. Have two screens
2. Scale one of them to something higher than 100%
3. Open a KDE app on the 100% scale screen
4. Take a screenshot of text in the main view
5. Zoom in on the screenshot in Gwenview
The text is indeed blurrier and exhibits worse pixel alignment than it does
when both screens are at 100%.
Might be a KWin, Qt, or Wayland protocols bug. Moving to KWin for further
triage.
