SUMMARY
When I use an RTL language (like Persian) and open the Application dashboard,
position of selected category background is not correct (Screenshot attached)
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. set default language to "Persian"
2. change application launcher to "Application dashboard"
3. open it
