Bug ID: 490991 Summary: On Scaled Displays, Clipboard Contents text is misaligned, gets blurry and jumps around when moused over Classification: Plasma Product: plasmashell Version: 6.1.3 Platform: Other OS: Linux Status: REPORTED Severity: normal Priority: NOR Component: Clipboard Assignee: plasma-b...@kde.org Reporter: eamonn...@protonmail.com Target Milestone: 1.0 SUMMARY Some text in the Clipboard Contents widget is misaligned. Letters have inconsistent spacing and some letters appear higher or lower. Also, when mousing over the items in the list, the text becomes blurry, and the text jumps around. This jumping around actually makes the misaligned letters and text become aligned. The text also exhibits the same artifacting problem described in Bug 486039. STEPS TO REPRODUCE 1. Open the Clipboard Contents tray widget. 2. The items in the dropdown have misaligned items and inconsistent spacing. 3. Hovering over the items causes them to become blurry. OBSERVED RESULT Text in the Clipboard Contents widget has issues with inconsistent spacing, letters at inconsistent heights, and the text becomes blurry when moused over. EXPECTED RESULT Text in the Clipboard Contents widget should display no visual oddities. SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS Linux/KDE Plasma: 6.10.2 Linux Zen KDE Plasma Version: 6.1.3 KDE Frameworks Version: 6.4.0 Qt Version: 6.7.2 ADDITIONAL INFORMATION - None of these issues are present on the "Clipboard Items" Klipper menu that can be accessed by default with Meta+V. - Maybe these are symptoms of fractional-scale-v1 that, like several other fractional scaling oddities, will be resolved with fractional-scale-v2? -- You are receiving this mail because: You are watching all bug changes.
