Hello, has this been resolved on your end? I'll need a bit more information to
help.
Some basic troubleshooting steps for animation or recording exporting would be:
1. Make sure you are up to date with the latest Krita release, if possible, try
the bugfix builds.
2. Ensure you have ffmpeg installed and that it is the correct version. Try
newer or older builds if you are unsure.
3. Change some of your video export settings to ensure you're not reaching an
encoder limitation such as canvas size or FPS.
Could you share your export settings that you have set right before the error,
including your ffmpeg path?
