An application has control over the cursor this way. The Hide cursor desktop can hide things that are not hidden, but it can't unhide things. I have this setting off, but the cursor still hides in kate and konsole for me. (I just never noticed until this bug made me aware of it) I also found that old reddit thread, which contains a link to a relatively up-to-date list of KDE applications and libraries that use the cursor-hiding library, and it's a relatively small number - among the major apps pretty much only kate and konsole, plus the presentation mode of okular. -- You are receiving this mail because: You are watching all bug changes.
