I can reproduce the issue on a 1080p screen at 100% scale when using the
"Scaled" or "Scaled and cropped" placement modes.
When I apply the same image as a standalone image (not as a bundle inside
~/.local/share/wallpapers/etc etc etc), the issue is not seen.
