I'm certain I have debuginfod installed. It just sometimes fails to download certain debuginfo for whatever reason. I will try again though. One thing that I wanted to add if I hadn't mentioned before is that kwin_wayland will use a lot of cpu on some webpages in firefox even if nothing is happening in them while on others.
