SUMMARY
When the browser is launched, the mouse cursor starts drawing artifacts on the
screen, all this is accompanied by flickering and slow startup. This happens
with both Chromium Flatpak and RPM.

This happens in all (or almost) Chromium browsers. Google Chrome, Brave...
This bug does not exist in the X11 session. Also there is no bug when running
"chromium-browser --ozone-platform=wayland"
